1. CABINZO IS A SOFTWARE PROVIDER ONLY

Cabinzo provides SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY ONLY and is NOT a booking service, payment processor, or service provider.

Cabinzo is ABSOLUTELY NOT responsible for:

• ❌ Any bookings, reservations, or seat allocations made through this platform
• ❌ Any payments, refunds, or financial transactions between users and study hall & reading room owners
• ❌ Quality, availability, or condition of facilities, amenities, or services
• ❌ Any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between users and study hall & reading room owners
• ❌ Cancellations, no-shows, or booking modifications
• ❌ Safety, security, or hygiene of the physical premises
• ❌ Accuracy of information provided by study hall & reading room owners
• ❌ Any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced at the premises

2. MANDATORY PRE-BOOKING VERIFICATION

BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING OR PAYMENT, YOU MUST:

• Contact the Cabinzo owner/operator directly (NOT Cabinzo) to verify all details including:
  • ✓ Seat/space availability and exact location
  • ✓ Exact pricing, fees, and any additional charges
  • ✓ Amenities, facilities, and services included
  • ✓ Operating hours and access policies
  • ✓ Cancellation and refund policies
  • ✓ Payment methods accepted
• Obtain confirmation from the study hall & reading room owner (NOT Cabinzo) before making payment
• Verify the legitimacy of the study hall & reading room and its owner independently
• Visit the premises in person if possible before committing
• Read and understand all terms set by the study hall & reading room owner

Failure to verify directly with the owner is AT YOUR OWN RISK!

3. TRANSACTION RELATIONSHIP

All bookings and payments are direct transactions between:

• ✓ YOU (the user/customer) and
• ✓ THE STUDY HALL & READING ROOM OWNER/OPERATOR

Cabinzo is NOT a party to any transaction or agreement between you and the study hall & reading room owner.
